- —Cut plugin SDK maintenance from 6 weeks to about 1 week per plugin with a two-agent harness of tools, skills, test playbook, and acceptance criteria — 5-plugin pilot approved
- —Ran discovery on Shell's 22 legacy Petrel plugins, then scoped an adapter pattern that isolates SDK calls so each annual deprecation release changes one layer, not the whole plugin
- —Owned discovery to MVP for replacing the end-of-life Java data broker behind Petrel's well and seismic data — removed the vendor dependency and added OSDU and Databricks connectors; funded for 2027 delivery
